With all Memberships there is a $75 initiation and setup fee. This is a One Time Fee for setup of recurring billing only. There is also a minimum 3 month commitment. After that you can cancel at anytime.

How to signup
Call us and we can set you up through square with a recurring invoice. Monthly payments are automatically debited on the specific date you pick of each month.
Can’t make it for your monthly treatment?
If you are unable to come in for your monthly service do not worry, you may choose to gift that month’s service to a family member or friend. Please provide us advance notice of gifting your service and to whom. (This is not applicable to Silver, Gold and Platinum Lipo Memberships.)
Cancellation
After initiating your membership commitment, you may cancel your Membership (and thereby the continued billing of the Facial Membership fee from your credit card each month) by providing written notice (an email is fine) of your request 5 days prior to your billing date.

Silver, Gold and Platinum Memberships:
Lipo Sessions need a minimum of a day downtime between sessions. Currently we offer Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for Lipo LIght Sessions. Other Sessions on different days are offered by the discretion of Lipo LIght Management only
